The best Falafel recipe, you will ever need 


  • 500 grams of chickpeas that have been soaked over night (do not use out of a tin) 
  • A big red pepper
  • Two table spoons of dried parsley
  • A table spoon of baking powder
  • Quarter a cup of water
  • A table spoon of cumin
  • A tea spoon of salt

Preparation :

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth 
  • Leave to settle for 40 minutes
  • Make into little balls
  • Heat the oil until it’s bubbly in a deep frying pan
  • Put the falafel in until brown on the outside
